PRESIDENT’S MESSAGE
Well,
here it is March already. It seems like the holiday party was just a
couple of weeks ago. The lobster hunters among us will be quite busy
for the next few weeks as lobster season comes to a close at the end of
the month. Hopefully the lobsters will regroup and be back stronger
than ever next summer. In the meantime we have the opportunity to shoot
some lionfish and reduce their numbers in our waters.

to Barry Kulick for a great presentation at the February meeting. Barry
is already hard at work getting images for next February. I’m looking
forward to it.
Thanks to Donna Eades , we had a great time on
the annual Tri Rail pub crawl. We did the north bound train and had a
terrific lunch in City Place in West Palm Beach followed by a little
pub crawling. We all made it back home and no one was injured so I
would call it a great success. Thanks Donna!
We have a few dives
scheduled in March, and yes the water is a bit chilly but it is
certainly tolerable, so think about joining us on a dive. We also have a
few non diving events scheduled so check out the calendar and join us
for some fun.
Please remember to renew your membership for 2017.
Remember, you cannot participate in most club activities unless you are
a member in good standing. Also anyone who hasn’t paid their dues will
have a large red D ( for delinquent ) painted on their forehead. Please
don’t embarrass yourself.
I’m looking forward to seeing many of you at the March meeting on March FIRST.
